＜職務内容＞
－管理・・・集計表作成、備品管理、在庫管理
－手配・・・営業担当からのメール/電話での受注、依頼対応
－出票・・・キット準備、受注入力、進捗管理
－出荷・・・検品、発送準備
－梱包・・・製品の梱包、送り状作成
－着荷/洗浄・・・荷受、開梱、バーコード処理、洗浄
－返却・・・検品、PC処理、棚戻し、確認作業
長期的には業務プロセスの改善、より効率的なレイアウトへの変更、スタッフの能力開
発など、具体的な戦略を立てて実践していただきます。
＜応募資格＞
患者さんの体内に入る医療機器を扱います。そのため、迅速かつ最高の品質の製品をミスなく患者さんまで届ける仕組みを運営し、日々進化させていく業務です。以下の観点でこれまでの業務に取り組み、さらにキャリアアップを目指している方を求めます。※業界未経験の方歓迎です。

＜Job Responsibilities＞
- To deliver planned savings by constant monitoring and timely counter actions
- Pursue the best price and deliver the benefits to the business
- Implement strategic sourcing and cultivate long-term relationship with
critical suppliers
- Proactively recommend the new rules for improving purchasing process
＜Essential Qualification＞
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing or marketing, such as Media
/ Promotion / Merchandising /Printed materials.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skill in both English and Japanese
- Understand the diverse culture (multi-cultures) and the cultural complexity
- Strong planning and execution skills, good analytical skills
- English (TOEIC 800 and above)
- Master or Bachelor degree
＜Preferred Qualification＞
- Chinese (speaking, writing)
- Experience both in a Japanese large company and in a foreign company
- Welcome for mid or late 20's with high interest of purchasing field.
